National Opera House Sarajevo, Bosnia– Herzegowina.
The National Opera Sarajevo was founded in November 1921. Since 1946 they also include ballet performances in their repertoire beside Operas and Concerts. The National Opera is a significant institution for the cultural life in Bosnia and Herzegovina.

Premiere of „L´elisir d´amore“ at the National Opera House Timisoara
The first Co-production of a Rumanian Opera House with an Opera House outside the country was performed on the 28 th of April 2006.
New was not only the cooperation of the National Opera House Timisoara with the National Theatre Sarajevo. The director Ognian Draganoff ( Bulgaria) put the piece into another time, but carefully told the story to the audience...more
