Rumanian Opera House Timisoara, Romania.
The Romanian Opera House in Timisoara is a repertory theatre where opera, ballet, and theatre are performed. The building was erected in 1875 and has been damaged by two fires. Since 1946, the State Opera House of Timisoara is located there.

“Le Nozze di Figaro“ – the successful premiere in Bucharest and Timisoara
“Le nozze di Figaro” was the second opera of Mozart which was supported by CEE Musiktheater, after the performances of “The Magic Flute” in Skopje and Sofia. The finishing of the production was well timed with the end of the Mozart-year and shortly before the entry of Rumania to the EU. Premiere of „L´elisir d´amore“ at the National Opera House Timisoara
The first Co-production of a Rumanian Opera House with an Opera House outside the country was performed on the 28 th of April 2006.
